This is a nice Canadian gem right here. The first time I found this was at a flea market on Kingsway and Knight, which doesn't even exist anymore. I think I paid 75 cents for it - and when I heard how nice it was, I went back the next week and got the other copy for the same price. Then I found out how much it was worth at the time (I think I got $100 for each copy back then, maybe in about '01)
Also, produced by Choker Campbell, whose records are pretty sought after, and who actually dated my grandmother for a few years.
